The Comfort Zone™ is an environment which includes proper stall design and dimensions. Ultimate cow comfort is achieved when cows are provided with adequate lunge room and proper neck rail placement.
We see excellent results in terms of stall usage with the Pasture Mat™ system. Cows enter the stalls quickly and easily, are able to place all four feet in the stall before lying down.
With good stall design, cows can maneuver more comfortably, get up and down easier, and go to feed more often!
